Common Questions

The quick answers parents ask most.

What exactly is the learning pod?
A small in-person pod for grades 5–8, meeting Wednesdays and Fridays from 8:30–11:30 AM in Lowell. We focus on Language Arts—grammar, vocabulary, and writing—and Math, with assigned work for the rest of the week.
How does payment work?
Tuition is $125/week. Pay quarterly through EFA Direct Pay or bi-weekly out of pocket. Credit and debit cards add a 3% processing fee; EFA, bank transfer, and direct debit are fee-free.
What is the enrollment fee?
A $125 fee (one week’s tuition) reserves your child’s spot and covers services until first-quarter EFA funds arrive around August 21st. It’s deducted from your first quarter’s tuition, so it isn’t an added cost.
What if we need to withdraw or miss a day?
Enrolling is a semester commitment. Like a traditional private school, tuition isn’t refunded for missed days, missed weeks, or mid-semester withdrawal.
